The company Be-Wide Online Solutions Lda. (hereinafter referred to as "BE-WIDE"), the entity responsible for the website www.be-wide.com, values the privacy of its members and therefore undertakes to respect it, guaranteeing the confidentiality and protection of data registered by users.

This Privacy Statement aims to ensure users with conditions of Security and Privacy, with only the data necessary for the provision of the service being requested and collected, in accordance with the explicit indications on the website. The user has full freedom to access, rectify or delete their data.

BE-WIDE declares that it has implemented and will continue to implement the necessary technical and organisational security measures to guarantee the security of the personal data provided to it, aiming to prevent its alteration, loss, processing and/or unauthorised access, taking into account the current state of technology, the nature of the stored data and the risks to which they are exposed.

All data will be entered into a Secure Server (128-bit SSL) which encrypts/codes it (transforms it into a code). Personal data is processed with the legally required level of protection to ensure its security and prevent its alteration, loss, processing or unauthorised access, taking into account the state of technology, with the user being aware and accepting that security measures on the Internet are not impregnable.
